Delivery - Delivery is made by way of courier, this cost is included in the price that you pay. The courier company will differ depending on what product you order. Delivery times will vary depending on your product, although you will be informed of expected delivery dates when ordering.
 
 

Print Times - Standard production is 5-7 working days, on some items there is a production time of 7-10 working days, this is due to print frequency on certain products. We do offer an express production which is 4-5 working days however, this attracts a premium, ranging from £30. For an additional charge on request we offer a same day service which has a 2-3 working day production time, this come with a premium - please contact us for details.

Our print deadline is 9.00am Monday - Friday, your artwork needs to be accepted (you will receive an e-mail confirming) by this time. If you receive the confirmation e-mail after 9.00am you will have missed the deadline for that day.
 
 

Payment - We accept most types of payment, all of our card transactions and online payments are handled by Pay Pal, ensuring that all your details are secure. We also accept cheques, although clearance will be required before production can commence.
 
  File Types - We Accept: PDF, JPEG, TIFF. Please make sure that you save the PDF as PDF-Version 1.3 compatible with acrobat 4.0. If we are creating your design work then you can send us information in any format as we will take care of the file type for you. No Mac Files.
 
  Data Size & Transmission - If your file size exceeds 25 MB please contact us for additional information regarding uploading your file. Usually done via FTP.
 
  Colour Mode - Please only supply us with data in CMYK mode.
 
  Colour Deviation - We can never guarantee two separate print runs to be identical, there maybe a slight difference due to the varying factors within printing.
 
  Maximum Paper Format - The maximum paper format we can produce is A0 however, we do offer banner printing of various lengths.
 
  Bleed - Please be aware of the bleed which is set to 1mm and 3mm on posters. All important information should be 3mm from the edge. Please download one of our templates to see the specifications
 
  Free Design - Yes our design is really free when you purchase one of our products or services and it can be customised to your needs. When ordering outline your details of your requirements, failing that, one of our design team will contact you requesting more information. For print products the production time will start once you have signed off on the artwork.
